How Much Does It Cost?

Installation and running costs for warm water central heating systems

Every system is individually specified to take into account the many different variables that need to be considered when designing a central heating system. This means that giving accurate estimates is very difficult as no two homes are the same! However, to give you some idea of approximate costs for installing and running our range of central heating systems, we have done a cost estimate exercise as detailed in the PDF below.

These prices are based on a property close to one of the major centres consisting of a 3 bedroom home with 2 living areas and 1 bathroom, making the total area of the house that is ‘lived in’ approximately 150 square metres (ie not including garaging. Please note that many existing homes may be around this size but the average new build home is circa 200 sq m). The approximate kilowatt heat demand for this home is 15kW. The average annual usage consumed is 12,000 kilowatt hours.

Compare the running costs versus installation costs for each system.
