Ariston gas boiler, radiators, underfloor heating, hot water cylinder & swimming pool heating.
To Central Heating NZ,
Just a note to personally say thanks for the top job you guys have done re: our central heating system. It made living in our home so much more pleasant. Now that we have shifted, we are both really looking forward to getting our 2nd system installed in our new home. We really appreciated the hard work and effort that has gone into helping us get both central heating systems right for the 2 different homes.
Having lived and worked in the UK, I have experienced the benefits of central heating and am amazed how efficient and cost effective the radiators are. That so many of us kiwis are still happy to live in a cold house every winter amazes me. The old ‘shut the door’ and ‘throw on a jersey’ is a thing of the past in our home, with central heating we can regulate the temperature to suit us and as a result we are warm and comfortable all the time.
Everything has been done in a thoroughly professional manner, with the whole system explained in a way which made it very easy to understand and use. I have to say I am REALLY impressed with the service from your whole team (to the point where your sales person even fixed our vacuum cleaner on his last call - that’s top service!!).
I would recommend Central Heating New Zealand to anyone wanting to heat their home.
Cheers,
Steve Hansen and Family

Retro-fitted gas boiler and radiator system
Winter has never been this enjoyable in humid Auckland. Our central heating system is absolutely fantastic. We should have installed it years ago.
The house is nice and warm when I get home from work and the best thing is that all the rooms are the same temperature. I no longer run from cold rooms back to the room with the fireplace. Every room is lovely and cosy. This is not only very comfortable but much healthier too.
Changing the settings on the control pad (I work the odd weekend) is a piece of cake as well.
In other words I am completely satisfied with the system and can recommend it to anyone. Your Authorised Installer in Auckland did a fantastic job. It looks great and they were professional, friendly and very tidy. What more can I say, we love it.
Kind regards,
Marian Bosman and Trevor Whelan

Retro-fitted radiators put into an existing central heating system
To ALL responsible for the planning and installation of our central heating upstairs.
Thank you so very much. You all worked so hard on the job. Everyone knew what they were doing. I understood the job would take 5 days, but it took 2! Wonderful job! Everyone was very nice and didn’t feel like there was a houseful of people. You were all so considerate.
The heating has made a HUGE difference to us. Henry, who is 4 months old had a persistent cough and this has diminished hugely (to my amazement), and Sera, who is 3 years old, has not needed any ventolin since the system was commissioned.
Everything was so professional. What a relief. From pricing, to planning, to (I imagine) the guys installing things having a planning meeting before the installation occurred. I am REALLY impressed with the service and incredibly grateful for it.
Sincere thanks and kind regards,
Elizabeth Stewart.

Retro-fitted 3 bed home with a gas-fired storage combi boiler to provide heating and domestic hot water and part installation of a heating system using radiators
Dear James & the team at Central Heating New Zealand Wellington,
I didn't want to let too much time pass before letting you know how happy we are with the job you have done at our place. Your advice and the time you took discussing the options with us was invaluable. Your company has been extremely professional every step of the way.
We were also delighted to have the work completed before we went away on our West Coast holiday and are already looking forward to returning to a warm, cosy house.
Radu, the installer, did a great job! He explained the process and consulted us thoroughly whenever we needed to make a decision. His knowledge and passion for the product inspires total confidence in the system and his friendliness and enthusiasm is a great asset to your business.
Once again, many thanks, and we look forward to the opportunity to use your company again in the future. We have already started recommending you to others.
Kind regards,
Matt and Ranui Calman

New home with a wood pellet boiler central heating system, underfloor heating, radiators, solar panels & hot water cylinder
Warmth was high on our priority list when building our new home in New Zealand, having come from the UK where central heating is common. We wanted a combination of underfloor heating, heat from radiators and an efficient system to heat our domestic water when solar panels were insufficient for our needs.
The customer service that we have received from Central Heating New Zealand has been exceptional; they are an extremely professional and responsive company, providing individualised solutions and a high standard of workmanship. From planning, through to installation, after sales service and ongoing maintenance they are one of the best companies we have dealt with. Our wood pellet central heating system is efficient and reliable. We have thermostatically controllable heating throughout our home and hot water whenever we need it. The system is cost effective and using wood pellets for our boiler is for us a “greener” option and not so affected by world oil or gas prices.
We would recommend Central Heating New Zealand to anyone who is considering a heating system for either a new or existing home; they have been a pleasure to deal with.

Newly built (6 months,) high spec house with no heating except a gas fire in the lounge. Retro fitted radiators throughout the house.
Hello,
I just wanted to thank your team at the Wellington branch of Central Heating New Zealand for the great job they did installing our central heating system.
We have no hesitation in recommending your services to other people, in fact, we already have several times. The team of installers arrived when they said they would, cleared up behind themselves and were polite and thoughtful throughout.
Customer service is your focus of business and you certainly proved that after the unfortunate leak we had in the system. There were no arguments or discussions, you accepted the problem and dealt with it, putting everything right and making good. There was no major damage and it was all sorted quickly. We all accept problems occur now and again. So many people have horror stories about things which go wrong and battles with contractors, your approach truly does you credit.
A level of a good company or tradesman is not only the service they provide but how they deal with any problems or difficulties; you have definitely proved yourselves on both. If you ever need a reference/ recommendation for a job let us know as we will be pleased to help.
Cheers,
Jane Browne
