Support every step of the way

Since 2003, Central Heating New Zealand has helped more than 8,000 families transform their homes and their lives. Despite every home, its location and owner requirements being different, the customer journey has stayed relatively the same. It's a simple four stage process to ensure you get the best central heating solution for your home.

1. Catching up

Your house, its location and your personal expectations ultimately shape the tailored heating system for your home. Location determines the heat source for your home. If you have access to reticulated gas you may want to consider a gas boiler central heating system. It is the cheapest to install and most efficient to run. If you live in the South Island, your heating options are a diesel boiler or air-to-water heat pump.  If you are building your home you have the option of underfloor heating or radiators. If you are retrofitting central heating into your home, radiators are often the best option. It doesn't take long to shape the basics of your heating solution.

2. Planning ahead

One of our friendly sales reps, or a recommended independent installer, will visit you in your home to take measurements. Floor space, ceiling height, window size, building materials, and insulation are used to calculate your homes heat load. If you are building your home our engineering team can calculate heat loads from house plans with side elevations. Simply send them to us.

3. Design estimate

Our engineers design a whole-home heating solution tailored to you and your home.
