Customer Services Administrator

We are looking for a friendly, energetic and organised Customer Service Administrator with an interest in technical products to join our team.

Working in a small friendly team in a growing company, you would be responsible for greeting customers in the showroom, answering phones, assisting customers with requests or directing appropriately. The role involves supporting others in the team with sales order data entry, trade service bookings, invoice entry and reconciliation and general office administration.
